PRE-MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS

Hello my name is Hillary Bellingham. I have been studying the menopause for 12 years on and off and have in the last 5 years started to teach Menopause Management. My own experience led me to have the menopause fairly early at the age of 46, though i can trace back at least 6 years prior to the first signs of the Pre-Menopause stage. I had already been studying the subject for a few years before I entered that phase of my life and the experience gave me a lot more information to pass on than I had received from the mainstream published media, particularly in the early stages of the change.
